1. About Innovative Aviation
Innovative Aviation (Leeds) Limited provides information about aircraft leasing and access arrangements for private pilots and aviation enthusiasts. Our model is designed to provide the benefits of having consistent access to a professionally managed aircraft without the responsibilities and financial uncertainty traditionally associated with sole aircraft ownership or conventional aircraft syndicates.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, information on the website may change and should not be treated as a contractual offer unless expressly stated otherwise. Aircraft specifications, photographs, availability, pricing, flying rates, membership numbers, operating bases and other information may change.
3. Lease Options
Subject to availability and contract, Innovative Aviation currently intends to offer the following lease options:
• 10-Year Lease: One-off premium £20,000, Monthly fee £250, Wet rate £150/hr
• 5-Year Lease: One-off premium £10,000, Monthly fee £295, Wet rate £150/hr
4. What the Monthly Fee Covers
The monthly fee is intended to contribute towards the ongoing costs associated with providing access to the aircraft. These may include home-base hangarage, aircraft insurance, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, annual inspections, and regulatory requirements.
5. Flying Charges
Flying is charged at the applicable wet hourly rate stated in the lease agreement. The current advertised wet rate is £150 per flying hour. The wet hourly rate includes fuel and oil.
6. Minimum Monthly Flying Charge
Where applicable, lessees will be charged for a minimum of one flying hour per month. Where the minimum flying hour is not used, the corresponding flying amount may be credited to the lessee's account for future flying.
7. Aircraft Availability
Innovative Aviation aims to provide excellent aircraft availability to its lessees. However, aircraft availability cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance, weather, safety, or regulatory requirements.
8. Booking
Aircraft bookings will be managed through the designated booking system. Lessees must comply with the applicable booking procedures.
9. Pilot Eligibility
Access to the aircraft is subject to legal, regulatory, insurance and Innovative Aviation requirements. Pilots may be required to demonstrate appropriate competence and familiarity with the aircraft.
10. Training
The aircraft may be suitable for further pilot training and development, including Night Rating, IMC/IR(R), and Instrument Rating.
11. Aircraft Base
The aircraft's operating base will be confirmed by Innovative Aviation and may change for operational or safety reasons.
12. Insurance
The aircraft will be insured by Innovative Aviation. Lessees and pilots must comply with all applicable insurance requirements.
13. Aircraft Care
Lessees and pilots must treat the aircraft with reasonable care and operate it within published limitations and aviation regulations.
14. Prohibited Use
The aircraft must not be used for commercial air transport, illegal activity, or any activity prohibited by insurance or operating limitations.
15. Website Intellectual Property
All content belongs to Innovative Aviation. You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without written permission.
16. Third-Party Websites
Innovative Aviation is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.
